What we build

Xeriscapes and lawn removal

We remove traditional Bluegrass lawns and install low-water landscapes utilizing drought-tolerant plants that belong in our landscapes that are pollinator-friendly, provide shade and crucial wildlife habitat, help regenerate poor soil, and that can produce gorgeous year-round interest.

We can also install turf that uses 70% less H2O.

Raised beds built in our woodshop

We use naturally rot-resistant, Cedar Lumber (not pressure treated) safe for organic gardening. Our most common size is 4ft x 8ft. Custom sizes available upon request.

Redwood is another natural alternative with similar rot-resistant properties to Cedar. Built, delivered, installed.

We do it right the first time.

We are in a water crisis. Nearly half of the water used by Colorado households goes to watering lawns. Lawns don’t make sense, and addressing this is not a trend for us, for 13 years we have removed lawns and installed xeriscapes and Permaculture-inspired landscapes, including converting sprinklers to drip irrigation.

We believe sensible land management is key to improving our ecological niche.

What our customers say

5 stars on Google from 17 reviews

Overall, they provide a rare combination of landscaping design, carpentry, irrigation and drainage, and planting expertise, at a competitive price. I've worked with various landscapers over the years, and none have been as diligent as Colorado Ecoscapes. Knowledge and hard work at a competitive price is a true value.
